Our background in the pharmaceutical industry fostered strong collaboration within matrix organisations and developed our ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. It also included exposure to China’s pharmaceutical sector, providing unique insights into the cultural and corporate challenges of privately funded Chinese companies, as well as a deeper understanding of the differences between doing business in Europe and China.

Our transition into FMCG expanded our network across Europe and globally, covering both wholesale and retail segments. This experience enabled us to transfer insights from B2C to D2C markets and to develop effective approaches to market entry, logistics and distribution.

More recently, our collaboration with scientists and universities on cleantech projects has contributed to the development of sustainable and circular business models, products and ventures.
